This policy explains how Nash16 LLC d/b/a Payment Pros handles information submitted through this restaurant POS inquiry website.

Information you provide

We collect the contact and business details you submit, including your name, email, phone number, business name, ZIP code, current POS, business type, role, approximate card-sales range, priorities, locations, and timing. We also record your subscription choices, the disclosure version, submission time, and inquiry source.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, arrange requested conversations, evaluate relevant POS options, coordinate next steps, maintain customer records, prevent duplicate submissions and abuse, and measure which campaigns generated inquiries. Marketing texts and emails depend on your selected preferences and applicable requirements.

Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers to host the website and maintain our customer relationship and communication systems, including Cloudflare and HighLevel. They process information to provide those services. The website uses Google Fonts to display type; your browser may connect to Google to retrieve font files.

We do not sell mobile information or share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing. We may share information with service providers as necessary to deliver requested services, or when required by law.

Your communication choices

Reply STOP to text messages to opt out, or HELP for help. Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or contact us to update your preferences. A request to stop communications does not require you to purchase anything.

This form does not require advertising cookies. Campaign identifiers in the page URL may be associated with your inquiry. The form uses a temporary request identifier to prevent duplicate submissions. The server uses a salted hash of the network address for abuse controls; it does not include the raw address in the lead payload sent to the CRM. Hosting providers may maintain operational logs.

We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to business systems. No online transmission is completely secure. Do not send card numbers, bank credentials, identity documents, or sensitive financial records through this form, ordinary email, or text messages.

Retention and requests
